Healing Journeys

ABOUT

I believe that you are the center of your own healing. As a compassionate active listener with a passion for healing and increased quality of life, I provide an effective environment and knowledge for you to reach your self determined goals. 

My experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups spans from increasing the quality of existing relationships to divorce therapy to grief and loss. I understand the significance of receiving education, validation, guidance, support, and  reflection in a safe space to sort out details and decisions.

Our close relationships within our lives can give us strength but can also create conflict, anxiety, and/or depression. As a team we will create a plan to achieve resolution and healing. 

Applying the techniques I have been trained in, such as mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive therapy (TF-CBT), and the internal family systems model (IFS), you will begin the process of reconciling the past and experiencing an improved quality of life in the present. 

Feedback I have received from clients emphasizes that I am able to use a variety of effective tools that increase well being in daily functioning. It will be my honor to support you on your journey.
